Tompkins Canada is dedicated to ensuring we’ve met the utmost quality standards. Our merchandise may be returned only when specifically authorized by Tompkins Canada. Please review the conditions below and contact your account manager if you would like to process a return at 1-800-563-5300 or complete the form.
Return Conditions
No returns after thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. There is a minimum handling charge of 20% unless the return is due to shipment errors or defective merchandise. Any credit allowance will be based on the condition of the merchandise, subject to our inspection. Made-to-order adapters are not returnable unless proven defective.

Warranty
Tompkins warrants its products to the buyer against defects in material and workmanship for sixty (60) days from the date of shipment.
TOMPKINS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Shortages and Damages
No claims against Tompkins for shortages will be allowed unless reported within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Tompkins shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage to goods after delivery of goods to the carrier.
